Supposedly D2 steel

HRC = 60HRC file bites / 55HRC file skates

Bevel = 18 degrees per side

Edge = Sharpened to 3000 grit

Fail = 450 slices of rope

 Knife stropped back strong as the fail could have been a rolled / deformed apex . The spine was ground to make the knife bushcrafy !  At 18 degrees the knife was very good on gumtree . The spine scrapes wood and ferro really well . I hated the plastic sheath the knife came with , so shelled out $6 for a leather sheath which turns out ... Fits the knife perfectly . I just wish the would stop making Clones , copies I don't care about = especially when they put their own name on it .  $40 dollaroo's  for a 450 slice knife !  That's not horrible at all .
